This is an exciting opportunity and we thank John Lewis for choosing us.
The Weekend Resource Group is currently working through a five-week ‘Introduction to Digital Photography and Camera Handling Skills’ course. Run by Luke, our student on placement from the University of Edinburgh, the relaxed and informal sessions cover the basic functions of the camera, as well as a few tips and tricks to help participants get more from their digital cameras.
On the 30th of January 2015 the staff, volunteers and service users of PEP were invited to a civic reception hosted by Edinburgh’s Lord Provost the Rt. Hon. Donald Wilson.
40 lucky people went up to the City Chambers on the Royal Mile. To enjoy an evening designed to celebrate the work of the Pilton Equalities Project. They were all treated to a variety of drinks on arrival and mingled with the Lord Provost and other local North Edinburgh councillors.
